• Attendee E-mail Communication: Sponsor will be recognized in all marketing communications where the Monday General Session is promoted. 
• NAR RLM website: Sponsorship recognition on the NAR website wherever the Monday General Session is promoted.  

 

ON-SITE PROMOTION: 

• Videostitial: One 30-second video ad, provided by sponsor will play before the Monday General Session and sponsor’s logo will appear on event video screens before and after the Monday General Session. 
• General Session Stage Time: Sponsor will receive up to 2 minutes to address the General Session audience.   
• 10x10 Carpet Decal: One carpet decal location, in a high traffic area of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, the design details and specs will be sent in confirmation letter. 
• Mobile App Recognition: Banner ad in event mobile app 
• Cash in and Win inclusion 
• Exclusive Digital Signage: Two LED video walls (10’ x 3’) above each entrance to the General Session. 
• Standing Sign Boards: Two 8’ standing sign boards, designed by sponsor and located in high traffic areas 
• 10 VIP seats: Reserved seating for 10 total sponsor guests in the priority seating section at the front of the room.

• Post-Show Registration List: Final mailing list of pre-registered attendees for 2026 RLM.
