Pre & Post Show Mailing Lists

Reach attendees before they arrive on the show floor! Purchase the Pre-Show Mailing List to let pre-registered attendees know about your company's product or service before they even arrive in Washington. All pre-show orders must be received by April 12th; mailing lists will be available for distribution by email the week of April 15th.


Don't let your marketing efforts end when you leave Washington. Purchase the Post-Show Mailing List to reach attendees after the event. All post-show orders must be received by May 31st; lists will be available for distribution by email the week of June 3rd.


Please Note:

  • Lists are available for one-time use only and are available in four different categories.

  • All orders must be accompanied by a sample mailing for approval prior to the use of the pre- and post-show lists.

  • Orders without approved samples will not be fulfilled.

  • Lists include attendee name, title and mail data only; attendee email addresses and phone numbers are NOT included, per Association policy.
